- Terms -

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the terms below. Please contact me directly for questions or clarifications!

- General -

• All pricing is listed as a base price; quotes may vary depending on complexity or if commercial usage isn't needed.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission I am not comfortable completing, including cancelling work that is in progress if a client makes me uncomfortable or breaches these terms.
• Unless explicitly discussed, I reserve the right to showcase commissions for portfolio purposes. If you do not wish to appear in my portfolio, please explicitly request this!
• Deadlines must be requested up front, and may not be imposed once work is underway.

- Acceptance -

• You must be 18+ and be able to enter a legally binding agreement to commission me!
• If you are below the age of 18, you must have a legal guardian accept this agreement on your behalf.

- Usage -

• If a target platform supports text descriptions (such as YouTube), I must be credited in the description for my role. I would appreciate being credited in the video as well!
• If applicable, works may be monetized on YouTube.
• If applicable, works may be distributed to music services (such as Spotify). If the nature of the work includes music production, I must be credited in the release's metadata as a producer.
• If the nature of the work includes music production, you may not distribute the instrumental separately without requesting permission.
• If the nature of the work includes music production, synchronizing the work to unrelated media (such as video games or movies) is not included in the base price, and will incur an additional fee. Usage of the work as background music for content you are directly involved in is allowed.
• Usage of work-in-progress and preview files is not allowed.
• I am not responsible for copyright or publishing related issues that may arise regarding your commission, except as they pertain to music production.
• You may not use works for or with any form of generative AI.

- Process -

• I do not start work on all accepted commissions immediately. I will inform you when work on your commission begins, and commissions with deadlines will scheduled to allow for feedback when possible.
• I will send progress updates at key project milestones, or when requested.
• You may request revisions for the current project milestone (such as tune/time, mix, or master). Revisions to previously approved milestones or otherwise extreme revisions will incur an additional fee. Please note that revisions may affect project timelines.
• Deliverables will be sent via the predominant method of communication, and may be requested again if the download links expire.
• Failure to respond to requests for additional information or feedback within 2 weeks without prior notice will result in the commission being cancelled with no refund. Exceptions can be made in the event of an emergency.

- Payment & Refunds -

• All payments must be made in USD.
• Listed prices do not include potential transaction fees.
• I will not start work on your commission until payment is received.
• Commissions exceeding $100 may be paid 50% upfront, with the final 50% due before deliverables are sent.
• If you need to cancel a commission, a partial refund not exceeding 50% may be provided depending on how much work has been completed.
• If you issue a fraudulent chargeback, you lose all rights to use the completed works. I will also blacklist you from future commissions and call you out on Twitter dot com.
